Do not try to get gems if they are positioned in dangerous areas. Concentrate on learning the safe paths and avoid hazards and obstacles. Levels 2 and higher have split paths and one path may be deadly. Look for gems to determine which is the correct path to follow. Gems will always be present in the path that you should choose.

Use swiping actions to add slightly more momentum to your ball. However, keep your finger on the screen otherwise. The ball will follow your finger's position, allowing better control.
