Hint: Cairo: Finding the two missing schoolgirls
Go to the Tarsus academy when you are in Cairo for the first time. Work your way in and you will find a guard who wants you to kill a Greasel. Accept his offer and kill the Greasel. In that room you can also find a Biomod Canister. There is a vent at the other end of the room. Crawl in and make your way through. You will reach a room with the two girls, and they can give you informnation.
Hint: Defeating military bots
Pick up the Mag Rail at Mako Ballisics. When you encounter a military bot, instead of using EMP Grenades, use the secondary fire option for the Mag Rail. This can also be used on other machines that require an EMP attack to be destroyed.
Use the following trick to destroy military bots without ammunition. The illegal biomod Bot Control level 3 is required for this trick. However you should be able to get it to level 3 easily as it is later in the game. When you fight military bots in the middle to end part of the game, you often will have no ammunition remaining, need to preserve your current stock, or just want to be quiet. Sneak up onto the back of the military bot. This is not too difficult, as it is one of the slowest robots at turning. Look at it until the surrounding selecting box appears (like everything else that is interactive) and "Dominate Robot" appears. Press A and sneak away somewhere into the shadows. The military bot with rocket launchers will now be in your control for a one minute rampage, allowing you to easily kill all Templars around you. Note: At the very end were Templars have rocket launchers, kill those first. Otherwise, you will have a difficult fight after getting hit by three shots.

Hint: Emerald Suites Penthouse
At the Greasel Pit bar in Lower Seattle, you can talk to the man who owns the penthouse at Emerald Suites. Talk to him and agree to be his "chamber boy". He will give you the key. He warns you to stay in the kitchen "or the bot will take offense". However, it is just a spider bot and can be taken out easily. From there, you can hack the security terminal to turn off the laser grid, then go upstairs and hack another to open his vault. From in there, you can find all sorts of items, including an Energy Blade and the evidence the WTO wants you to find for a secondary mission.
Hint: Free Spider Bots
When you find a Spider Bot Grenade, shoot it with a ballistic weapon (pistol, SMG, etc.) and you will get free Spider Bots.
Hint: Hellfire Boltcaster
This is a boltcaster that makes enemies burst into flames instead of being knocked out. Its inside the Nassif greenhouse and is slightly difficult to get. Go through the warehouse and into the office, then make a left in the hall (away from hydroponics control). Then, save the game when you get to the balcony save (so you do not have to run all the way around). Carefully jump to the beams sticking out on the other side of the rail. Then, jump to the ledge to your right. It is small, but you can stand on it. Use the outcropping window as a foothold to jump up onto the balcony above you, then go through the vent shaft. In this room you will find the weapon in the corner amidst some junk.
There is a hidden Boltcaster in the Tarsus Academy in Seattle. Go to your room and Billie will tell you to look up at the ceiling. It will disappear. Then, jump and climb up onto the ledge above the counter. Jump to the other side and you will find a Boltcaster.

Hint: Killing bots and slaying things silently
This style of game play requires more sneaky mods. Have your Silent Movement Biomods on any level. In Lower Seattle, open the grate when you first get out of the Inclinator. Go down into it and you will have to battle two Karkians. After you kill them, find the dead Omar. Underneath or near him you will find a pistol with a red flashlight (Red Greasel Hunter) and a sword. This is the most powerful close combat weapon in the game, other than the one you find in JC Denton's sanctuary. For your next Biomods, upgrade your strength and use Black Market Biomods for EMP Attack. If you need to kill a bot, either sneak up behind it or just run up to it and avoid getting shot. Hack it a few times and it is done. When killing military bots, run up to it and circle around it while you are hacking at it and start moving backwards so it does not explode on you. This combination is also good for silent, quick, and easy infiltration.
Hint: Lower Seattle Slums: Trash multitool
When you are past the clean up the spill at the incinerator, travel to the Lower Seattle Slums. Open the first trash dumpster to find a multitool. It is very difficult, but not impossible, to get back out.
Hint: Medkits
After returning to Cairo for the second time, go downstairs in the mosque and talk to a doctor. He will tell you about the Templar and a military bot controlling the mosque. Dispose of the bot and the Templar then return to him. He will give you a Medkit as a reward. However, if your inventory is full, he will drop the Medkit on the floor. When talking with him again, he will try to give you another Medkit, and again drop it on the floor. This can be done as many times as desired to get an unlimited supply of Medkits. Just make sure your inventory is full before talking to him about the reward.
Hint: Omar contact In Germany
In Trier, Germany instead of wasting your "precious" multitools to find the Assassin Pistol, go to the Coffee Shop near the Nine Worlds Tavern. Inside you will find a black man in a suit, in the left corner near the snacks and drinks. Talk to him and you will find out he is David Kurzac, the arms dealer. He will give you access to the door of the Nine Worlds Tavern to make trade with the Omar and/or find the Assassin Pistol.
Hint: Take out weapon on ladder
When you climb a ladder, you will automatically put away your weapon. Press B to take it out while still on the ladder.
