After you escape from the beast and awaken in the hanging cage, swing yourself to the sides until the cage falls. Take the gun and wait here until a small UFO appears at the top of the screen. It will kill you, and you will earn ""Secret UFO". Note: You must remain on the same screen as the cage and collect the gun for the UFO to appear.
