Win the Jersey Racetrack race in 1978 on hard.

Complete the Game.

This cheat is unlocked once you get 666 miles on your odometer. Once toggled on in the "cheat" screen you can become any pedestrian by simply melee attacking them.

Win the La Guardia race in 1978 on Medium.

At the start menu, enter one of the following codes:

Collect the scattered golden stars throughout the map to unlock the following rewards.

Double Ammunition - Capacity Collect 30 Stars
Double Car Durability - Collect 40 Stars
Free Vehicle Upgrades - Collect 50 Stars
Health Increase - Collect 10 Stars
Nitrous Increase - Collect 20 Stars

Note: Everything resets once you get to the 2006 era and collecting another 50 Stars will unlock the same attributes. (There are 100 total in the game)

Successfully complete the game to unlock the Atlus Racer, Negotiator, Ram Raider, and the "Then & Now (Era) Change" option.

In the 1977 Era, go out of your safe house, then turn right. Then keep on straight until you find an alley way. In it you can find a place where you can customize your car with new wheels, body kit, side skirts, front, bumper, etc. Note: It is not available in the 2006 Era.

Go outside the building where you got shot by the corrupt policeman in the "Kidnap" mission in the 1978 Era. Use a gun to zoom in on the contents of the yellow dumpsters to see thrown away copies of DRIV3R.

Driver posters are visible on the walls of the 1978 safe house. Graffiti reading "Tanner Lives" can be seen on the walls of the 2006 safe house. Driver strategy guides are found on a magazine rack in police headquarters.
