Play in Local Co-Op mode with a friend. Have your friend play as Bard. All enemies will move when either you or your friend move, which makes completing the game easier. Be careful when moving; over-movement can kill. You will progress as long as either player survives each level, effectively doubling your chances. Dead players will respawn with two hearts on each level. Note: This technique can also be done with the same player controlling both characters, however movements will be difficult due to keeping the screen visible and keeping both of them safe.

Play in Local Co-Op mode with a friend. Have one person play as Bard and the other as Cadence. All enemies will move when either you or your friend move. Be careful when moving; over-movement can kill. You will only lose your coin multiplier by being hit or digging a tile that you cannot dig, which makes completing the game easier. Dead players will respawn with two hearts on each level. Note: This technique can also be done with the same player controlling both characters, however movements will be difficult due to keeping the screen visible and keeping both of them safe. During your progress, do not purchase too much, however get the following items.

• Gold Ring. Results in slightly more gold, but also picks up gold from the terrain you cannot walk on in Zone 3.
• Shrine of Space, Adds an extra room to each level, resulting in more enemies and thus more gold.
• Blood Shovel. Allows you to dig four shop or shrine wall tiles per half heart. Use this four times with Bard after killing all enemies, then move the other player to the exit stairs. Bard will respawn with two hearts on next level (full starting health). Make sure to dig at corners for maximum value (40 coins).
• Bombs. Can be used to bomb shop or shrine wall tiles. Bomb the corners for 50 gold per bomb.
• Ring of War. Enemies become harder, however an additional enemy per room results more gold. Two players are required to equip this and the Gold Ring.

• The shopkeeper normally cannot be damaged. Find a red dragon in Zone 2 and bring it to the shopkeeper. This will make the shopkeeper afraid of you. After the shopkeeper backs into a corner, either manipulate the red dragon to kill it, or explode some bombs there. Note: This will kill the shopkeeper on all floors and occasionally cause its ghost to haunt you.

• Play in Local Co-Op mode with a friend. Have your friend play as Bard. All enemies will move when either you or your friend move, which allows you to kill the merchant easier. Be careful when moving; over-movement can kill. The shopkeeper teleports to the shop after each hit. If you wait until you have three bombs, you can carefully manipulate his movement to ensure he is within a bomb's radius when it detonates. Alternately, have a player move until the merchant is next to the other player and can be hit. Repeat the process until he is dead. Killing the merchant rewards you with a Crown of Greed, which doubles all gold collected, but drains one gold on every beat. Note: This technique can also be done with the same player controlling both characters, however movements will be difficult due to keeping the screen visible and keeping both of them safe.
• Play as Eli and find the item shop. Place a bomb at maximum range from the entrance, then kick it towards the shopkeeper. Walk one tile away after the kick, place another bomb, then kick it again. Walk away again, place a bomb, and keep jumping away instead of kicking it. If done correctly, all three bombs will have hit the shopkeeper. Note: You may need to create more space at the entrance before starting the bombing.
• Drop two bombs directly north of the shopkeeper. Move in any horizontal direction twice, then once in the opposite direction (to attacking him).

Play as the Dove. Find a shop with a Fear scroll In Zone 1. Note: You may need to restart until this happens. Purchase the scroll, then find a green slime and confuse it by "attacking" it with Dove's flower. While standing next to the confused green slime, use the Fear scroll. This will kill the Dove.

Select co-op mode and play solo. Choose two Bard characters. If one of them dies, he will return in the next level. Focus on buffing only one of them.

Friendly Fire (Bronze): Use a red dragon's fireball to kill another miniboss.

A Beatless Beatdown (Bronze): Complete "All Zones Mode" with solo Bard.

Carpe Diem (Bronze): Complete a Daily Challenge.

Lute that Loot (Bronze): Complete "All Zones Mode" with solo Melody.

I love gooooooold! (Bronze): Have 6000 coins in a single run.

Speed Demon (Gold): Complete "All Zones Mode" with solo Cadence in under 15 minutes.

Bombs Away! (Gold): Complete "All Zones Mode" with solo Eli.

Two Can Tango! (Gold): Complete "All Zones Mode" while playing Co-op.

Peace Out (Gold): Complete "All Zones Mode" with solo Dove.

Mostly Harmless (Bronze): Get killed by a green slime.

Vow down! (Bronze): Complete "All Zones Mode" with solo Monk.

Bat Trick (Bronze): Kill three green bats.

8Ball (Bronze): Kill 8 enemies with a single bomb.

Leaps and Bounds (Bronze): Complete "All Zones Mode" with solo Dorian.

You Don't Miss a Beat, Do You? (Bronze): Complete "All Zones Mode" with solo Aria.

Tachycardia (Bronze): Complete "All Zones Mode" with solo Bolt.

Flawless Victory! (Bronze): Aria Low%. Complete "All Zones Mode" with solo Aria without picking up any items or using any shrines. (Picking up gold is permitted.).

Polyamorous (Gold): Complete an "All Chars" run.

Undeadly (Silver): Get 10 wins in a row in Cadence "Deathless Mode".

Impossible, Right? (Gold): Complete "All Zones Mode" with solo Coda.

Lowest of the Low (Gold): "All Chars" low%. Complete an "All Chars" run without picking up any items or using any shrines. (Picking up gold is permitted.).
