Hold Select + II, then press Right ten times, Left four times at the title screen.
Difficulty level choice
At the mode selection screen (menu), hold select and II (or B depending of the kind of the joypad) and press left on the D-pad 4 times then press right 10 times. The difficulty setting screen will appear. The default setting is 1, so you can practice til the 5th level. Have fun on this great game!
