Level select
On the 'Start' screen, hold X+Y+Z, until the password screen appears. Put in Up, Left, Down, Left, Right, Left, Down, Up, Left, Right, Right, Down, Right, Right, Up as a password.
Specific Level Select
Hold X+Y+Z until the password screen appears, then enter the following passwords to go to the desired level. Use the d-pad to enter the password. Up = U, Left = L, etc.
