At the SEGA logo, press B, A, C, A, C, A, B, A. A sound will be heard upon correct entry. All story scenes can be now skipped by pressing Start. Pause the game and enter the following for the desired effect:

From the title screen, enter the minigame list (second option). Then highlight the last option on the list of minigames, and press Left + A+ B + C all at once. You will now access a clothing minigame.
