Miu (Shijo Saikyo no Deshi Kenichi): Complete Arcade mode.

R (Kyuukyoku Choujin R): Collect all five Sunday Tickets in Quest mode and win the fight challenge (second pair of five tickets).

Recca (Recca no Honoo): Complete Arcade mode.

Support Characters: Unlocked through random chest drops from enemies in Quest mode (outside of Boss battles).

Takamura (Hajime no Ippo): Complete Arcade mode.

Takizawa (Honoo no Tenkousei): Collect all five Sunday Tickets in Quest mode and win the fight challenge (third and final pair of five tickets).

Tiger Mask: Collect alll five Magazine Tickets in Quest mode and win the fight challenge (first pair of five tickets).

Tokine (Kekkaishi): Complete Arcade mode.

Ueki (Ueki no Housoku): Complete Arcade mode.

Ushio (Ushio and Tora): Collect all five Sunday Tickets in Quest mode and win the fight challenge (first pair of five tickets).
