Beat The Game Twice In Normal Story Mode

Complete the game once in Normal Mode. Shoten will appear in the character select screen later.

Beat the Game in Hard ModeThis allows you to see every "still image and Character Concept" within the game, text-less. (this includes the endings)Note: Not all pictures will be accessible at first you must play the game through respectively with each character in order to gain every image available)

Successfully complete the game under the Hard difficulty setting. This mode allows all still images and character concepts to be viewed without text. Note: Not the all pictures will be immediately accessible. To unlock more pictures, complete the game again with other characters.
