• After spawning on a freshly made map, a tree will appear. Use your copper axe to chop down the tree. Walk directly in front of the tree, highlight its base, and break split into multiple pieces. Collect one of those wooden pieces.

Complete the Martian Madness hardmode event. It begins after defeating Golem and is triggered by locating a red Martian probe. They are found most often in space. Allow the probe to detect you, then fly away. The probe will change from red to blue. After the Martian invasion starts, defeat each wave then defeat the Boss.

Your goal is to enter a beehive in the Underground Jungle biome by digging through the Hive wall. Every world should have some large beehives scattered around all depths of the Jungle during world creation, allowing this to be done pre-Hardmode. Once equipping gear good enough to survive the Jungle, which should be just one or two grades better than the starting gear, explore until you find a beehive. When you find the unique yellow wall of a Hive, dig through it. Be careful not to drown in the honey that appears.

Eater of Worlds appears when the world has the Corruption biome. Destroy three Shadow Orbs to summon him, unless you have the Worm Food summoning item.
