Select 1 of the secret games, on the character select screen, press Start 9 times on random select box, then press any punch or kick button.
Secret Vampire Hunter 2 game
Complete Vampire Hunter 2 in Marionette Mode, go back to game select screen, hold select on VH2 then press O.
Secret Vampire Savior 2 game
Complete Vampire Savior 2 in Marionette Mode, go back to game select screen, hold select on VS2 then press O.
Secret Vampire Savior game
Complete Vampire Savior in Soul Mode, go back to game select screen, hold select on Vampire Savior then press O.

Secret Option

It's available in the 5 games (Vampire, Vampire Hunter, Vampire Savior, Vampire Hunter 2 and Vampire Savior 2). In the option screen highlight "game option" and press and hold L1+R1, then press circle to enter on Secret Options screen.
