Tap X on the Chat menu instead of choosing which is the best conversation for someone.

In Career mode get good rides and leave the game running overnight. You should have plenty of money afterwards.

Play the Flirt mini-game instead of the regular conversation. Note: This option only becomes available after you reach the Love Interest level.

If a Guest mission requires you to matchmake for a girl(boy if yer a girl), you can be her/his boyfriend!/girlfriend!

I you need a certian ride (ie, goal), set the funds for Research to *full* or max*.
