How to unlock
The Bronze Pheasant
This is a very rare item that increases TP by about 100 each month. I found it in an event where the sovereign finds it laying out in a field. The event happened a year after I conquered Ye but I don't think you can get it by just starting off as Han Fu in "Rise of Heros" scenario. To get TP from the item, you must build the "Pheseant Tower".

If you have Romance of the Three Kingdoms X save data on your memory card, it will unlock two extra scenarios, "Lu Bu Campaign" and "Power Struggle."
