You can use the Right Analog-stick to do quick combo attacks. Right Analog-stick Up and Right Analog-stick Down work very well on any creature that has a shield.

When you kill the third fat Orc, shoot arrows. When the intermission sequence appears, you will see Aragorn holding thin air.

In the Black Gate level, your main objective is to kill six of the tough "champion" enemies with life bars. Go through the battle as usual, killing the first five "champions" that enter the arena while keeping your fellowshipmates alive. When the sixth champion comes up the hill (should be a tall Uruk wielding two large maces), he will usually stop his charge and stand to one side, waiting for you to attack. If you leave him alone, he will not attack you or any member of the fellowship. No more champion monsters will appear while he is there. You are now free to attack on the seemingly infinite flow of enemies to your heart's content. Do not let your allies get swarmed.

Successfully complete the game. Then, play the level where Sam has to save Frodo from the tower of Orcs with Legolas at level 7 or higher. After you face the Orc champion at the end, you will see Frodo. Next to him will be a floating sword.

Complete the game and play as a character who you are not meant to play that mission (for example, playing as Legolas on Cirith Ungol). In the intermission sequences, your character will remain where you left him and not do what the default character would have done. This is most notable in The Tower of Cirith Ungol level, where in the final intermission sequence you will see a sword flying around by Frodo's head on its own and Sam's voice coming out of nowhere; and The Southern Gate level where in the final intermission sequence you can see Aragorn and Legolas running into the battle and your character just stays in the gate.

After you complete the game, play as someone else besides Sam. You will not see Sam when you save Frodo after the spider level.

Complete the level with your ranged attack on. You will see Gandalf running through the door with his staff glowing. Also, defeat the King of the Dead with your ranged attack. You will see Aragorn running out holding his bow.

This trick requires a character with Ranger Fury or something similar. You will also need to have the Southern Gate level unlocked for co-op mode. Start a co-op game and play the Southern Gate level. You can play most of it as usual. Once you have almost completed the level and are about to go through the gate, have one player hold Triangle (to charge their weapon), but not let go. Then, have the other player run through the gates. When the end of level intermission sequence appears, the first player will still have a flaming weapon.

Complete the game and play as someone other than Sam on the Tower of Cirith Ungol level. Once you defeat the Boss Orc at the end of the level, stand in the middle of the room that you face him in, on the patch of floor that is boarded up. In the following intermission sequence you will see your character flying over a hole in the floor and an Uruk passing through him.
