To unlock the last 25 music tracks, you will have to beat every mission in Plus Mode.

Most of the movies can be unlocked by playing through PLUS mode, however the last few requires you to befriend with specific characters:

Movie 27 - Max friendship with the 3 DOM Trooper Pilots (Plus mode)
Movie 28 - Max friendship with the 3 M1 Astray Pilots (Plus mode)

Gells-Ghe - Successfully complete Arcade Mode four times.
H Route - Successfully complete Arcade Mode twice.
Heine's Zaku - Successfully complete Arcade Mode three times.
I Route - Successfully complete Arcade Mode eleven times.
Stargazer - Successfully complete Arcade Mode ten times.
Yzak's Gouf - Successfully complete Arcade Mode five times.
Zamza-Zah - Successfully complete Arcade Mode seven times.

Other than Route F, H, & I in Arcade Mode, complete the game with at least 5 DESTINY Ranks (a.k.a. FAITH Badges) without continue.
