Beat the game on Normal and make a clear save file. Hard Mode will be unlocked when starting a new game. For Ultimate Mode, beat the game on Hard and make a clear save file. Ultimate Mode will be unlocked when starting a new game.

Successfully complete the game under the hard difficulty setting and save the game. Start a new game with a cleared saved game file to access the ultimate difficulty setting.
