Hold Select and press B(10) when "Push Start Button" appears at the title screen. You can now play the bonus levels and access the Sound Test option.

After completing the game, wait about 70 seconds after it says "The End". The Fairy Queen will say, "Wait! There is more to the story. You can play on the hidden fields 101-150! While holding down the Select button on the title screen, press the B button ten times. You can also toggle the sound/music."
