To continue on the same level after you run out of lives, wait until the ''Game over'' screen goes away. Then, on the title screen, HOLD DOWN A+B while pressing SELECT 5 times. Let go of A+B, and press start.
Continue game play
Hold A + B and press Select(5), Start before the game over screen appears to resume game play at the last level played with a score of zero.
Continue on the Same Level
After you lose all your lives, and get "Game Over", hold A + B at the title screen and press Select 5 times, then hit START.
Level select
At the title screen, hold Start + A + B.
Level Select
When you are at the Title screen, hold Start + A + B. Then, release when the level you want is displayed
Level select
Hold Start + A + B at the title screen. Release the buttons when the desired level is displayed. Alternatively, hold A + Select at the title screen.
Level Skip
Right before a round starts, hold START and A to skip to the next level. This only works up to level 16. After pressing start and A, press select and B and you will be able to skip to level 45.
Level skip
Hold Start and press A at the very start of a level to jump to the next level. Note: This is only effective during the first sixteen levels.
