To play as Grox, go to the fighter select screen and press D R L L U D R U L L. To play as Exor, press L D D R L U L U R D.
Cheat Menu
On the title screen, press Rx3 B B A A.
Easy Fatalities
Turn the Easy Fatalities on at the cheat menu. After beating your opponent, press HP+LP+HP+LK (normally, this would be A+B+cU+cR) during the Fatality time to pull off the fatality easily.
Easy Win
It is fairly easy to defeat most enemies in the game if you simply throw your opponent non-stop. Throw, then run up, grab him, and throw him again.
Exor's 3D Air Laser Move
Backwards, Forward, Low Punch + High Punch.
Exor's Telejump Laser Move
Forward, Down, Backwards, High Kick.
Infinite Credits
At the title screen, press C-Left(2), Right, A, B, C-Up, C-Right. Then, go to the options menu and highlight the ''Continues'' selection. Now press Left until the word ''Freeplay'' appears.
Play as Exor
At the character selection screen quickly press (on the d-pad) L, D, D, R, L, U, L, U, R, D. If entered correctly it will say, "All to easy". Then pick any player and it will be Exor.
P.S. One problem is it only allows Exor once after the Character selection screen and the person you chose will be who you are. If you lose and enter the code again it will still work.

Play as Exor
Press Left, Down, Down, Right, Left, Up, Left, Up, Right, Down at the character select screen.
Play as Grox
To unlock Grox as a playable character, go to the Character Select screen and enter the following on the control pad: down, right, left, left, up, down, right, up, left, and left.
