Extra health in the driving sequences.
Your vehicle will regularly hit rocks as it drives across the roads. Aim just ahead of the front end and shoot when the truck hits a rock to gain an extra health point.
Level select
Hold Up + 1 + 2 and turn on the Sega Master System. Keep the buttons held until the Disney Logo disappears. Then keep rotating the D-pad until a sound is heard. Select the "Start" option to access the level selection screen.
