When you go to the land of the living in Year 1, interact with the three people in the restaurant at the bar before you open the body bag on the floor.

Once on the sub, take the scythe, then keep coming at Domino until he says, "Stop showing off for the girl!"

When you return to Rubacava, just before removing the explosives under Glottis's hot rod, look at his car and Manny will make a joke. Glottis will respond with "That's not funny!".

After the introduction sequence with Manny and Celso, but before you do anything, pause game play and select "Options". Change "Movement Mode" from "Camera-Relative" to "Tank Controls". Play the entire game under that setting.

Talk with Eva when you first meet. Exhaust all the of dialogue options except for those that makes Manny "hit the bricks".
