Civilization: Call To Power

• The game heavily favors the defender. Unless facing a very weak enemy, there is little point in attacking fortified enemy cities unless you have at least two full stacks of nine units each.
• The Ship of the Line is the perfect sea invasion platform. Create a stack of seven to nine Ship of the Lines, and load them with troops. When you get to the enemy cities, drop the troops off then use your ships for artillery support. Blast away at the enemy cities before sending in the troops.

The game has an selectable cheat mode. To find it, begin a game, choose screen, then options. Enable the cheat option on that menu to access a list of soldiers, tanks, technologies,maps, and more.
