• Completing story related quests to earn large amounts of copper.

Anything that can be equipped, such as armor or weapons, can be enhanced by the Blacksmith. However your Blacksmith's current level is also the maximum level that he can upgrade your gear

Besides your starting hero and the one obtained during the tutorial, others can be obtained through battles. As you progress through a warzone, you will eventually reach an enemy leader at the end. Once defeated, they will join you as a hero.

Tap the "Hammer" button at the top left to view available activities. This will list collections to gather, heroes currently training, enhancement cooldown status, and building construction. To remain efficient and manage your time well, make sure that progress is being made in each of those activities.
