Enter one player mode, press Up to highlight Kuroko, and hold B until a confirmation sound is heard. The game will remain at the character selection screen. While continuing to hold B, slowly sweep the D-pad in a clockwise Full-Circle several times until Yuga appears in place of Kuroko. Note: The timing of the sweep is particularly sensitive. The same confirmation sound should be heard during the sweep. While continuing to hold B, press A to unlock Shura and Rasetsu.

Move to Kuroko. Hold B and rotate the control counter clockwise for 4 circles. Yoka will appear on the space where Kuroko belongs. Keep holding B and select the character by pressing A.
