Cheat Codes/Hints
Get Rotating Heads Cheat
Beat the pane in the Neck in Silver (Challenge Mode).
Glitch: 1853 Wild West: Line for waterfall
Go to the waterfall at the end of the level. When you look at the top, it is a normal waterfall. However, when you start looking down, it will get darker and darker, until it is just a thin black line.
Glitch: Banana Chomp: Rank requirement
When you enter the third level of banana chomp, the game states that you need 24 bananas for a Gold rank. However, when you get 24 bananas, it says that you got a Platinum rank.
Glitch: Chasm: Enemies with no lives still kill you
Go on Elimination with thirty lives on the Chasm level. Eventually a bot will fall of the edge and will lose all his lives, even if it had thirty lives remaining. His face sometimes remains on the score board in the middle and he will continue to attack you.
Glitch: Crazy mines reaction
Enable the "Cardboard Characters" cheat and turn off the "Friendly Fire" option. Go into any game mode in Arcade Custom (for example, Capture The Bag). Throw a mine at a teammate. They should have a crazy reaction similar to what happens when a mine is on someone. Explode the mine , and your teammate should still have that wailing reaction until he or she dies.
Glitch: Easy Fire Tag victory
This trick works for Fire Tag and Virus. Enter the Aztec map. Go to the bridge and exit it on the side with a fork in the path. Choose the left fork. Once you exit the path you will reach an oasis. Go to the left side. Notice there is a plant in the corner of the oasis-type place. If you walk directly next to the wall you can make it past the plant and into this little area. The CPU will try to get you, but they will walk into the plant and just keep running at you with no success. If you are playing Virus mode try killing the CPU players so all the infected ones do not come at once.
Glitch: Go through waterfall
Go to arcade mode custom under the frantic difficulty setting. Choose shrink mode (if available). Go to the Training Ground level and be a monkey. The bots and weapons do not matter. When you start, keep getting killed. Eventually you will be so small that you can fit through the waterfall. Once you go there, the sky is the limit.
Glitch: Hangar: Secret area
In any game mode, go on the moving crate thing. Go on the side that faces the stairs when it touches the ground. Step back slightly so that you can see the beams that you are on. Look down. If done correctly, you should see the floor below, but you will be in a black area. You can keep on going south until the level disappears. When you do this in Virus and Flame Tag, they cannot get you. In Deathmatch, you can shoot them, but their bullets pass through you. Other players will see you on the top level, but when viewed from certain angles you will disappear. This requires practice.
Glitch: Headless non-zombie player
Note: This trick was performed in a custom made map. Choose a sample map or player made map from the map maker menu. Then, choose the desired game mode. When choosing the level, make sure it has a Gunner Sentry. Stay behind the sentry and shoot the other players for a few seconds. After awhile, your head should have disappeared. The best character to use would be Sgt. Slate.
Glitch: Impossible Bronze in thief under Arcade Elite League
Go to "Single Player" and then "Arcade". Go to the "Arcade Elite League" and "One Shot Thrills". Then, go to the "Double Bill". It should be playing under thief. You now have to get 20 kills to get a bronze award and 20 kills in 3:30 to get gold. However, for example, if you go for the bronze, with 2:50 and 17 kills, when the timer hits 3:01, the "Failed" message will appear. However, if it failed at 3:01, it is not possible to get the bronze award even though you still have approximately 29 seconds remaining.
