As Donatello, successfully complete the Ghetto level.

Play through Adventure Story mode and unlock Monster. At the character selection screen in Melee Match, highlight Monster and keep selecting and deselecting him until speaks. You will hear him speak with Raphael's voice. You will now be playing as Stonebiter. Note: Monster will still look and play the same. Stonebiter is on the front cover of the game's box, but he is nowhere to be found in any part of the game. Most likely, Stonebiter probably is the version of Monster found in the Warehouse area in Shredder's Adventure Story where you fight Monster helping the turtles, because Stonebiter was an ally of the Turtles in the three part series episode, "Notes From The Underground".
