The Sonic series takes to the track in the combat racing game, Sonic Riders. Dr. Eggman has challenged Sonic and friends to race in his World Grand Prix, and you can enter the event and try to unravel his mysterious plot. The races happen on floating boards and include tricks, fighting, and racing. You can customize your character with upgraded equipment as you race down 13 different tracks through a handful of game modes. You can also challenge three of your friends to multiplayer races.

Go to time attack , race on splash canyon ,and be Knuckles. Take the power shortcut after the rappids (turn left after the rappids it`s behind the 4 barrals,whitch power types can smash.)Once you get through be shure to hit th 2nd item box from the left (whitch has 30 rings in it plus it coms back each lap) each lap and colect 10 on your own and you`ll have 100 rings.

100 rings in Egg Factory
Go past the part where you get blown into the air by a vent. You should see a machine with spinning cocoon-like objects. Go inside of it to find a capsule with 100 rings.
100 rings in Red Canyon
When you get to the waterfall at the end of the stage, look to your left. You will see a ring box that holds 100 rings that will go into your bank and give you a level 3 Boost and Attack.

There is a container with some air inside of it between two barrels near the beginning.
Air riding
When air riding (riding through the hoops with flight characters), all you really need to do as you go off most ramps is to move fast enough. No jumping is necessary. Press X or B to boost just before you reach the ramp to just about guarantee you getting into the air. When air riding, just press the Analog-stick Up to move your character downward, and Analog-stick Down to move him or her upward (like a plane).
