Go to Profesor Frankly's office and press the big green button (A) at his garbage and info about a random enemy and is transferred to your tattle log.
Game Over before final boss fight
In the Palace of Shadow, during the cutscenes before you fight the Shadow Queen, she will ask you if you want to join her (make sure you saved before the cutscenes). If you choose 'Yes', you will get a weird ending for the game in which you join the Queen, and get a 'Game Over'.

Complete the ??? problem at the Trouble center by finding the secret badge hidden in Hooktails castle. Return the badge to the mosue ontop of Zess T's shop, and she will join your team.
Get the up badge
Just in case you don't know what it is it is a badge that you don't put on. you have to go to hooktail's castle. when you walk in you just go straight into the next room. if not straight go into the room with spikes. after you get passed the spikes you need to get flurrie out. there is a spot in the wall where you need to blow. afteryou blow it you should find a up arrow badge. if you ask professer frankly he will tell you to ask someone to explain it to you. the person you should see is the guy right next door. the one with that weird ball. he will say that he has been looking for it. this badge does more upgrades.
Ghost's Curse
This really won't help you in your game, in fact, save before you do this, or you'll lose some game data. When you find the Ragged Diary in the Excess Train's Baggage Cart after meeting the ghost, read the diary and the ghost will appear out of nowhere really angry and curse Mario, transforming Mario into a dead spirit, earning you an instant game over.
Hidden Badge
After you get the Ultra Jump, go to the place where you travel to Fahr Outpost and go back outside. Fall off the platform, then do an Ultra Jump on the red X to grab the sewage pipe near the ceiling. Then, go through the large hole in the wall and you will be back in the Fahr Outpost pipe room. Let go of the pipe and you will land on a hidden platform near a treasure chest. The chest contains an FP plus P badge.
Hidden Bowser fight!
When you beat the showdow queen for the first time, then she will strike you with 4 bolts of lighting. Then Bowser will fall through the roof and land on her. Then you fight bowser(85hp) and his witch friend(50hp).
Hints
You can skip atomic boo then come back for him later.
If you have zap tap on, enemies like fuzzies and swoopulas can't hurt you.
To get information that you need to pay for eg. how to get to don pianta, stories, old wonkey. You can save, then listen to them, then reset to keep your cash.
You can't have more than 999 coins.
