In Mystic Heroes, it's up to you to find hidden Runes that will help you defeat an enemy army. As one of four main characters, you'll battle through Mt. Hoshin, Mt. Senkai, and The City of the Ancients. In each stage, you must equip your Runes strategically in order to defeat powerful enemies and bosses. The more Runes you gather, the more spells you unlock and levels you advance. There are 70 total Runes hidden throughout the single-player missions and multiplayer modes.

Keep attacking with A(2), Y normal. Repeat until your enemy is dead.
Hint: Thirtriixo technique
The best known move in the game is a Thirtriixo. Press X while having full magic, the rapidly press B to release a Thirtriixo. A red tornado will kill everyone on the screen (except friendly characters).
How to get the Goka Rune
First you go to single player mode and pick Tie or Naja(I picked Tie). Then start the stage look behind you and you will find a symbol, go to the right of the symbol then break that barrel thing mabobber. Then it will say that you have gotten the Goka Rune.
M2 Rune
Complete a versus mode match with four human players.
M5 Rune
Complete twenty versus mode matches. Note: These cannot be cooperative games.
Secret Characters
Secret character#1: Clear Story mode on the easy difficulty with all four characters.
Secret character#2: Clear Story mode on the normal difficulty with all four characters.
Secret character#3: Clear Story mode on the Hard difficulty with all four characters.
Secret character#4: Clear all four survival stages with all four characters.
Secret character#2: Clear Story mode on the normal difficulty with all four characters.
Secret character#3: Clear Story mode on the Hard difficulty with all four characters.

For those with access to 4 controllers: Play a 4 player versus match (non co-op) in Multi Play to unlock M2: Fusenso
M3 Rune
beat the game in Normal mode
M4 Rune
play and complete 10 co-op matches

play 20 matches

play and complete 20 co-op matches

beat the game on hard with any character
M9 Rune
beat the game with all 4 characters on any difficulty setting
S1 Weapon
beat the first set of 4 levels on survival mode

S3 Weapon and Expert Survival Mode
After beating the third and final set of 4 levels in survival mode, you'll recieve the S3 Weapon, which makes your HP regenerate slowly. After you've beaten all 3 parts of survival mode, the expert survival mode will be unlocked
