Go into the Hacking option and type DIR. This will bring up a list (System.exe, Tools.exe, etc.). Under system, login as GUEST. This will bring up the B directory. Go to tools under B's directory and it will ask for a five digit binary code. Note: This code is random each time. Enter the correct code (such as 11001 or 10011) to access more options such as "DECODE.EXE", "PLAY.EXE", and "VIEW.EXE".

Enter the Hacking engine in the game. Enter CHEAT.EXE and the cheat menu will be unlocked. Enter one of the following codes to activate the corresponding effect.

Use the following trick to have one of your multi-player characters carry the sword throughout each battle. Get the sword and then go into multi-player mode. Press Kick + Punch to get the sword out. Defeat your opponent, then when the match restarts you will be holding the sword.

When in the Chinatown level, get to where there is a SWAT team truck and it explodes. Go on the truck that is on fire. You will see that you are jumping and moving slowly. However, it will not make the bullets go slow when the Agents shoot you.

At the beginning of the Big Distraction, instead of going through with the level, walk back behind the staircase at the ground floor. You will notice that instead of an accumulating pile of mail, all the white letters disappear, but the yellow letters will remain.
