Train your pokemon that knows surf up to level 65 or over. His pokemon are all weak on water. I have got a Kyorge level 83 that knows surf. I went the the whole pokemon league without getting hurt. I have beat the pokemon league champion 6 and still going times. You try.

I think that the best moves for blaziken are:

Flamethrower
sky uppercut
double kick
and blaze kick

Rayquaza's best moves are Surf, Flamethrower, Thunder, Hyper Beam. These moves are great because if there is a fire/rock pokemon, use Surf, if there is a water/flying pokemon, you can use Thunder, if there is a bug/grass pokemon, you can use Flamethrower, and if there is a diffrent type of pokemon, blast it with Hyper Beam. Since Rayquaza starts at Lv. 70, the moves are already ultra powerful.

I think that the best moves for Swampert are:

Surf - Powerful because Swampert is a Water type too.
Earthquake - Very powerful attack, effective against electric and steel type.
Strength - Quite good, and works well on all types.
Ice Beam or Blizzard - If Swampert learns this move, then he will be no more vulnerable to grass or dragon type. Effective against flying type too.

Therefore, your Swampert will be undefeatable.

I would suggest Mudkip, because its a strong water pokemon and when its in stage 2 and 3 its unstopable(unless theres a grass type).These are some of its strong and weak points.
