Go up the two ladders. When the flame goes up the ladder, go down the ladder slightly (it will go down), then jump onto the moving platform. Then, jump onto the non-moving platform to the right. After this, jump onto the other moving platform. Be careful -- if you jump too late, Mario will die. Next, jump onto the non-moving platform to the right. Repeat the process with the flame. Then, jump onto the little platform and go up the ladder to Pauline.
