Successfully complete all training mode sections with five red stars to receive all items in original mode. Note: This may also be done by successfully completing boss mode with five red stars in each section.

Shoot a cat and it will lead you to a bonus item.

Successfully defeat and obtain a ranking for all bosses in "Boss Mode" to unlock a "Emperor" and "Fight All Bosses" options.
