First, you have to obtain a new high score with either 37,000 73,000 or 77,000. Then you have to lose all of your remaining lives, with the last life lost via falling off a platform. Set the game difficulty to level 4, then wait for the game to completely cycle through its demo screen. The title screen will then appear with the initials LMD, which stands for Landon M. Dyer, the creator of the game.
