Play the Train level and enter the room with a flying robot and a man with a flamethrower. Defeat them, then go to the platform where the man was found. Press Up and a blue butterfly worth 1000 points will appear.

You can change between regular and widescreen display modes at any point in the game. Press the L and R buttons at the same time to toggle the display.

Press L + R to toggle between the standard screen and widescreen display.
